Ingredients:
- Egg – 1
- Melted butter – 2 tbsp
- Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
- Baking powder – 2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Baking Powder – 2 tsp
- Maida or all-purpose flour – 150 grams or 1.5 cup
- Water – ½ cup
- Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk – 1 cup
- Nestlé MILKMAID – ½ tin
For topping:
- Cream – 1 cup
- Nestlé MILKMAID – ¼ tin
- Seasonal fruits – 2 cups (chopped)
Recipe:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp of melted butter, eggs, water, vanilla essence, Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk, and Nestlé MILKMAID. Now beat all the ingredients properly.
Step 2: Take a bowl and sieve salt, baking powder, and maida. Now put this sieved mixture in the mixture of Nestlé MILKMAID. See that there are no lumps. Do not overdo it. Now keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Take a nonstick pan that has a heavy bottom. Heat it and add some melted butter. Now, pour 1 ladle of prepared batter and spread it on the non-stick pan.
Step 4: Once the bubbles start forming, flip the pancake and cook it on the other side. Once it is cooked, remove it and put it on the plate.
Step 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 and prepare the remaining pancakes. Then, stack the pancakes one over the other.
For topping:
- Take a bowl and put cream along with Nestlé MILKMAID. Now, beat both of them. Put seasonal fruits in it.

- Pineapple Cheesecake Recipe:

Ingredients:
- Low sugar biscuits – 100 grams
- Nestlé a+ Nourish Dahi – 200 grams
- Nestlé MILKMAID – ½ tin
- Melted butter – 6 tbsp
- Pineapple Juice or Water – ¼ cup
- Fresh cream – 1 cup
- Gelatine – 2 tbsp
- Crushed pineapple – 1 cup
Recipe:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add crushed biscuits. Add melted butter to it and mix it properly.
Step 2: Take a loose bottom glass dish or pie dish and grease it properly. Now press the crushed biscuit mixture in it. Let it cool for 15 – 20 minutes.
Step 3: Take a muslin cloth and strain Nestlé a+ Nourish Dahi for 10 to 12 minutes. This is how you will get the hung curd. Take a small bowl. Add juice or water and sprinkle gelatin in it. Now, put this bowl in simmered water and mix it well till it gets dissolved.
Step 4: Take the hung curd and whisk it well. Add Nestlé MILKMAID in it and whisk it as well. Keep mixing till it reaches a smooth consistency. Now, add the gelatin mixture and crushed pineapple. Mix it properly.
Step 5: Now, take the cream and whip it till it becomes soft. Put it in the mixture and fold it well. Now, pour this mixture on a chilled biscuit layer. Refrigerate it for one to 2 hours or till it is set.
