Quick & yummy menu for kid’s birthday party

Birthday parties are very special. Cakes, gifts, balloons, cards, tasty dishes, guests are integral parts of a birthday party. Cooking delicious dishes at a birthday party makes it more special.

Nowadays, with the help of the internet, we can collect almost every recipe and cook at our homes. Paneer Bhurji recipe, Egg Bhurji recipe, Pav Bhaji recipe, Cheesy Garlic bread recipe, Jeera Aloo recipe, Lemon Maggi Noodles recipe, and many others can make a great menu for your kid’s birthday. Two of the easiest recipes are mentioned below:

Pav Bhaji recipe

Ingredients:

  • MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic: 1 sachet
  • Water: 2 cups
  • Coriander Powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Turmeric Powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Green chilies: 2 (chopped)
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Amchur Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander Leaves: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: According to the taste
  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Tomatoes: 2 (chopped)
  • Onion: 2 (chopped)
  • Lime Juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Peas: 50 grams
  • Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Mixed Vegetables (cauliflower, capsicum, potato, beans, carrot): 450 grams (cut into small cubes)

Method

  • Prepare all the ingredients mentioned above.
  • Take a pressure cooker. Boil the vegetables till the first whistle with one cup of water. Keep them aside.
  • Take a pan and heat oil in it. Pour chopped onions for frying. Fry till they turn into golden-brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry it for five minutes.
  • Next, add green chillies, tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Fry for a minute or two. Let them mix well.
  • Now, add the vegetables, MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic, salt, and water. Mash the vegetables so that everything becomes smooth like a paste.
  • Add Amchur powder and stir the mixture well.
  • Pour the remaining water and cook for two minutes till the gravy becomes thick.
  • Now, add the lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Now, it is ready to be served.

Jeera Aloo recipe

Ingredients

  • Red Chilli Powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt: According to the taste
  • Jeera: 1 teaspoon
  • Potatoes: 500 grams (boiled and cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • Coriander Leaves: 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic: 1 sachet

Method

  • Take a frying pan and heat oil in it.
  • Add jeera. Once the jeera starts spluttering, add red chilli powder. Fry them for one minute.
  • Add the potatoes to the mixture. Stir well. Cook them for three minutes. Then add the salt.
  • Next, add MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and cook for two more minutes.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • Now, it is ready to be served.
